Many Sootrnaari pieces are made from natural fabrics and finished by hand. As a result:
- Subtle variations in slubs, weave texture, and dye tones are natural characteristics of the fabric and are not considered defects.
- Product photography is captured under calibrated studio light; minor display color variations may occur depending on your screen settings.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Orders
- All prices displayed on Sootrnaari are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- We reserve the right to modify prices or correct typographical errors at any time prior to order dispatch.
- An order confirmation is generated once your payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen inventory stockouts or non-serviceable pin codes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, brand marks, photography, textile patterns, descriptions, and proprietary theme designs — is the exclusive property of Sootrnaari and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
